Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, requesting travel services, submitting payment, or completing a reservation.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the travel planning, booking, consultation, hosted group travel, and related services provided by See The World With Me Travel, LLC ("See The World With Me Travel," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our website, requesting travel services, submitting a registration or booking form, authorizing payment, paying a deposit or other amount, electronically accepting these Terms, or otherwise using our services, the purchaser and/or traveler ("Traveler," "Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you make a reservation on behalf of another traveler, you represent that you have authority to provide that traveler's information as necessary for the booking and agree to provide that traveler with applicable booking information and these Terms.
2. ROLE OF SEE THE WORLD WITH ME TRAVEL, LLC
See The World With Me Travel, LLC is a travel agency that arranges travel services provided by independent travel suppliers.
Travel suppliers may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, rental companies, insurance providers, and other independent travel-service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, See The World With Me Travel, LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers.
Travel services provided by independent suppliers are subject to the applicable supplier's terms, conditions, policies, restrictions, and contracts.
3. TRAVEL QUOTES AND AVAILABILITY
Travel quotes are provided for informational and planning purposes and do not constitute confirmed reservations.
Prices and availability may change at any time before a reservation is confirmed.
A quoted price is not guaranteed until the required payment has been received and the applicable supplier has confirmed the reservation, subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC is not responsible for changes in price or availability occurring between the time a quote is issued and the time the Traveler authorizes or submits payment.
4. PRICING AND PRICING ERRORS
Travel prices may be affected by supplier pricing, availability, taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, resort or destination fees, exchange rates, transportation charges, or other costs outside the control of See The World With Me Travel, LLC.
Unless expressly stated as included, additional supplier or destination charges may be payable directly by the Traveler.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical, website, computational, supplier-generated, or obvious pricing errors.
An erroneous price displayed or quoted because of a technical, supplier, clerical, or similar error does not obligate See The World With Me Travel, LLC to provide travel services at the erroneous price.
If a material pricing error is discovered before travel, the Traveler will be notified and provided available options, subject to applicable supplier rules and law.
5. DEPOSITS AND RESERVATIONS
A deposit and any required registration or traveler information are required for new reservations unless otherwise stated.
Deposit amounts vary according to the reservation and applicable supplier.
A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by the applicable supplier or See The World With Me Travel, LLC.
Deposits may be nonrefundable or subject to supplier cancellation penalties. Applicable terms will be communicated with the booking information when available.
6. PAYMENT METHODS AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Accepted payment methods will be identified on the Traveler's invoice or payment portal. Unless otherwise stated, payments are processed electronically.
By providing payment information and authorizing a transaction, the Traveler represents that they are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorizes See The World With Me Travel, LLC and/or the applicable travel supplier or authorized payment processor to process the approved transaction.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing payment amounts before authorization.
7. BILLING QUESTIONS AND CHARGEBACKS
Travelers should contact See The World With Me Travel, LLC promptly if they believe a billing error has occurred so the matter can be investigated.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel a reservation or eliminate contractual obligations owed to See The World With Me Travel, LLC or an applicable travel supplier.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights a consumer may have under applicable law or applicable payment-card network rules.
8. PAYMENT PLANS
When a payment plan is offered, the minimum payment amount and applicable payment schedule will be stated on the Traveler's invoice or booking documentation.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring required payments are made according to the payment schedule.
A payment plan does not alter the final payment deadline unless See The World With Me Travel, LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
9. LATE OR MISSED PAYMENTS
If a Traveler cannot make a scheduled payment, the Traveler should contact See The World With Me Travel, LLC as soon as possible at:

The Traveler should provide the anticipated date the missed payment can be made.
Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation if required by the applicable supplier or booking terms.
Any extension must be approved in writing and is not guaranteed.
10. FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment deadline will appear on the Traveler's invoice or booking documentation.
It is the Traveler's responsibility to make final payment by the stated deadline.
Unless different terms are stated for a particular reservation, failure to make final payment by the deadline may result in a $40 per-person late fee.
Unless prohibited by applicable law or supplier terms, reservations remaining unpaid fifteen (15) days after the final payment deadline may be canceled. Amounts previously paid will remain subject to the applicable supplier's cancellation and refund policies and any applicable agency fees.
11. PROFESSIONAL AND AGENCY FEES
See The World With Me Travel, LLC may charge professional or agency fees for services including travel planning, research, consultation, booking, reservation management, itinerary development, reservation changes, cancellations, or group travel administration.
Agency fees are separate from amounts charged by travel suppliers.
Applicable agency fees will be disclosed before they are charged.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, professional or agency fees compensate See The World With Me Travel, LLC for services performed and may be nonrefundable once the applicable service has been performed.
A refund or credit issued by a supplier does not automatically entitle the Traveler to a refund of professional or agency fees.
12. CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Unless otherwise stated for the particular booking, a $100 per-person agency cancellation fee applies when See The World With Me Travel, LLC processes a cancellation request.
The agency cancellation fee is separate from any cancellation penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, or other suppliers.
Travel payments may be nonrefundable and/or nontransferable depending upon the applicable supplier's terms.
Without applicable travel insurance or another contractual or legal right to a refund, cancellation may result in partial or complete loss of amounts paid.
When one Traveler cancels from a reservation involving multiple Travelers, the remaining reservation may need to be repriced. Remaining Travelers are responsible for any resulting change in price imposed by the applicable supplier.
13. RESERVATION CHANGES
All requests to change a reservation must be submitted in writing to:

Unless otherwise stated, a $75 agency research/change fee per reservation may apply when See The World With Me Travel, LLC is asked to research or process changes after booking.
Changes may include, but are not limited to:
Room or cabin changes; hotel or resort changes; airline or flight changes; changes in airline cabin or class of service; travel-date changes; destination changes; adding Travelers; removing Travelers; or other modifications requiring supplier research or rebooking.
Agency change fees are separate from supplier change fees, fare differences, penalties, or additional travel costs.
Requested changes are not guaranteed.
14. REFUNDS AND TRAVEL CREDITS
Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable supplier's terms, the fare or rate purchased, applicable law, and any applicable insurance coverage.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC cannot guarantee that a supplier will issue a refund or travel credit.
When a supplier approves a refund, processing times are controlled primarily by the supplier and applicable financial institutions.
Any travel credit issued by a supplier is subject to that supplier's expiration dates, restrictions, transferability requirements, and redemption rules.
15. TRAVELER INFORMATION AND BOOKING ACCURACY
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, gender or other required identifying information, contact information, and travel information.
Names submitted for airline, cruise, or other reservations must match the Traveler's required identification or passport as applicable.
Travelers must review confirmations, invoices, itineraries, tickets, and other travel documents immediately upon receipt.
Any suspected error must be reported promptly.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC is not responsible for additional expenses caused by incorrect information supplied by a Traveler or a Traveler's failure to timely review booking documentation.
16. PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each Traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all passports, visas, permits, identification, authorizations, and other documents required for travel.
Passport validity requirements vary by destination and may require validity extending beyond the Traveler's intended return date.
Non-U.S. citizens and Travelers with special immigration circumstances should independently verify applicable requirements with the appropriate government authorities.
Failure to possess required documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or other travel disruptions without entitlement to a refund from See The World With Me Travel, LLC.
17. ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS
Each country establishes its own entry and exit requirements.
Travelers are responsible for determining whether criminal history, immigration history, citizenship, passport status, prior travel, or other individual circumstances affect their eligibility to enter or transit through a destination.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC does not provide legal or immigration advice and does not determine a Traveler's eligibility to enter another country.
18. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Travelers are responsible for determining and satisfying applicable health, vaccination, testing, documentation, and medication requirements associated with their travel.
Travelers should consult appropriate medical professionals and official government sources when determining their individual health needs.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee the accuracy or continuing validity of health requirements supplied by third parties.
19. ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS
Travel itineraries may involve walking, stairs, uneven surfaces, transportation transfers, extended periods of standing, or other physical activities.
Specific physical demands vary by itinerary.
Travelers who require accessibility-related services or accommodations should notify See The World With Me Travel, LLC as early as possible so requests can be communicated to applicable suppliers.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate requested accommodations to suppliers but cannot guarantee that a supplier, destination, property, vehicle, attraction, or other travel service can provide a requested accommodation.
Travelers remain responsible for evaluating whether an itinerary and its activities are appropriate for their individual circumstances.
20. SPECIAL REQUESTS
Requests involving bedding, room location, adjoining rooms, dietary needs, accessibility, airline seating, hotel amenities, or other preferences will be communicated to suppliers when appropriate.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing by the applicable supplier, special requests are not guaranteed.
21. MINORS
A parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult is responsible for ensuring that minors have all documentation required for travel.
Requirements may include passports, visas, birth certificates, parental or guardian consent letters, custody documentation, or supplier-specific forms.
Requirements vary by destination and supplier.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC does not provide legal advice or determine whether custody or parental-consent documentation is legally sufficient.
22. TRAVEL SAFETY AND RISK
Travel involves inherent risks.
Travelers are responsible for remaining informed regarding conditions affecting their destination and should review applicable government travel advisories, health notices, weather conditions, and other relevant information.
By offering or arranging travel services to a particular destination, See The World With Me Travel, LLC does not represent or warrant that travel to that destination is free from risk.
Each Traveler is responsible for deciding whether to travel.
23. ASSUMPTION OF TRAVEL RISKS
Travelers acknowledge that travel may involve risks including illness, injury, transportation disruption, severe weather, crime, political or civil disturbances, natural disasters, accidents, infectious disease, acts or omissions of third parties, and other events outside the control of See The World With Me Travel, LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, See The World With Me Travel, LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from events or conduct outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
24. INDEPENDENT TRAVEL SUPPLIERS
See The World With Me Travel, LLC acts as an intermediary for independent suppliers and is not the source or operator of supplier travel services.
Suppliers maintain their own management, operations, personnel, equipment, policies, and contractual terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, See The World With Me Travel, LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, service failures, or other conduct of independent suppliers.
Claims concerning services actually provided by a supplier may also be governed by the supplier's contract and applicable law.
25. AIR TRAVEL
Unless expressly included in writing, airfare is not included in a travel package.
Airline schedules, routes, aircraft, seat assignments, baggage policies, fees, and flight times may change.
Airlines control their own operations.
Travelers are responsible for verifying flight schedules before departure and allowing sufficient time for check-in, security screening, connections, and transfers.
Travelers are also responsible for airline baggage charges, seat fees, and other airline-imposed charges unless expressly stated as included.
Failure to use one segment of an airline reservation may affect remaining segments under the airline's rules.
26. HOTELS, RESORTS, CRUISES, AND INCIDENTAL CHARGES
Unless expressly stated as included, Travelers are responsible for incidental and destination charges including, where applicable, resort fees, destination fees, tourism taxes, security deposits, parking charges, minibar purchases, gratuities, baggage charges, onboard purchases, and other supplier-imposed expenses.
Suppliers may require a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit at check-in.
27. FORCE MAJEURE
See The World With Me Travel, LLC will not be responsible for failure, delay, cancellation, interruption, or modification of travel services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war or threat of war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, government action, border closures, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine restrictions, public-health emergencies, transportation interruptions, supplier failures, mechanical problems, utility outages, or similar events.
Travel arrangements affected by such events remain subject to supplier policies and applicable law.
28. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Depending upon the policy purchased, travel insurance may provide protection for certain covered events involving cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage, delays, or other travel-related losses.
Coverage varies significantly by policy.
The purchase of travel insurance is not required to purchase other travel services from See The World With Me Travel, LLC unless expressly required for a particular travel program.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing policy terms, coverage limits, exclusions, conditions, and claim procedures.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC does not guarantee that an insurance claim will be approved.
Travel insurance will be offered, referred, or sold only as permitted under applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.
Questions concerning specific policy benefits, coverage, exclusions, or claims should be directed to the applicable licensed insurance provider or insurer.
29. FAILURE TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE
A Traveler who declines available travel insurance accepts the financial risks associated with cancellation, interruption, delays, emergencies, medical expenses, lost baggage, supplier penalties, and other circumstances that may otherwise have been eligible for coverage under an applicable policy.
Declining travel insurance does not change supplier cancellation or refund policies.
30. HOSTED GROUP TRAVEL
Additional rules may apply to travel hosted, escorted, coordinated, or organized as a group by See The World With Me Travel, LLC.
Travelers participating in hosted group travel agree to follow reasonable schedules, meeting times, safety instructions, and conduct expectations necessary for operation of the group itinerary.
31. GROUP TRAVEL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS
The physical requirements of each hosted trip may vary.
Travelers should review the applicable itinerary and information regarding walking distances, terrain, transportation, stairs, excursions, and other activities.
Travelers requiring accommodations should contact See The World With Me Travel, LLC as early as possible so requests can be communicated to applicable suppliers.
32. ROOMMATE MATCHING
When roommate matching is offered, See The World With Me Travel, LLC will make reasonable efforts to match Travelers requesting shared accommodations.
Roommate compatibility is not guaranteed.
Travelers remain responsible for their own conduct and personal property.
If a Traveler chooses to leave a shared accommodation after travel begins, that Traveler is responsible for the cost of alternative accommodations unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Bedding and room requests remain subject to supplier availability.
33. GROUP ARRIVAL AND TRANSFERS
Travelers are responsible for arriving at designated meeting points at the times stated in their itinerary.
The group may be unable to delay departure for late-arriving Travelers.
Travelers who miss a scheduled group transfer or departure are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation necessary to join the group.
Travelers must provide requested flight information by applicable deadlines and communicate significant schedule changes promptly.
34. DELAYS
Travelers who experience delays are responsible for notifying See The World With Me Travel, LLC when the delay affects participation in a hosted group itinerary.
Travelers should communicate updated arrival information when reasonably possible.
A Traveler who arrives after the final scheduled transfer or group departure is responsible for the cost of joining the group unless otherwise stated in writing.
35. ITINERARY CHANGES
Travel itineraries are subject to change.
Suppliers or See The World With Me Travel, LLC may make reasonable modifications when circumstances require.
When practical, reasonable efforts will be made to provide comparable alternatives, but exact substitutions cannot be guaranteed.
36. CANCELLATION OF HOSTED GROUP TRAVEL
A hosted trip may be canceled because of insufficient participation, supplier cancellation, force majeure, safety concerns, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of See The World With Me Travel, LLC.
If See The World With Me Travel, LLC cancels a hosted trip, refund rights for travel components will be determined by amounts actually recoverable and applicable supplier agreements, except where different treatment is required by law or expressly promised in writing.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC is not responsible for independently purchased airfare, accommodations, insurance, or other expenses unless expressly agreed in writing.
37. TRAVELER CONDUCT
Travelers participating in hosted or group travel must conduct themselves in a manner that does not threaten the safety, rights, comfort, or reasonable enjoyment of others.
Harassment, threats, violence, illegal conduct, dangerous behavior, substantial disruption of group activities, or repeated refusal to comply with reasonable safety instructions may result in removal from a group activity or trip when reasonably necessary.
A Traveler removed for misconduct is responsible for resulting transportation, lodging, airline penalties, and other personal expenses, subject to applicable law.
38. VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE FROM GROUP TRAVEL
A Traveler who voluntarily leaves a hosted group trip before its scheduled conclusion is responsible for transportation, lodging, airline changes, penalties, and other expenses associated with that decision.
Unused portions of travel arrangements remain subject to applicable supplier refund policies.
39. THIRD-PARTY TOUR OPERATORS
Some trips may use independent tour operators whose services are also available to other groups or members of the public.
Other Travelers who are not customers of See The World With Me Travel, LLC may therefore participate in the same tours, transportation, accommodations, or activities.
40. EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL INFORMATION FOR HOSTED TRAVEL
For certain hosted trips, Travelers may be asked to provide emergency contacts, dietary information, medication information, allergies, or other information reasonably necessary to assist with trip administration or emergencies.
Such information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Travelers should not rely upon See The World With Me Travel, LLC as a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services.
41. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By conducting business electronically with See The World With Me Travel, LLC, Travelers consent to receive transaction-related communications electronically, including invoices, confirmations, itineraries, booking notices, payment reminders, supplier updates, and other travel-related communications.
Travelers are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact information and reviewing communications relating to their reservations.
42. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURES
Where permitted by applicable law, electronic acceptance, electronic signatures, check-box acceptance, online forms, and other electronic methods of indicating agreement may have the same effect as acceptance or signatures provided in paper form.
Electronic records relating to a booking may be retained as evidence of the transaction.
43. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our website and travel services is handled in accordance with the See The World With Me Travel, LLC Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Information may need to be provided to travel suppliers, payment processors, insurance providers, technology providers, government authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to provide requested travel services or comply with applicable requirements.
Travelers should review the current Privacy Policy available on our website.
44. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO
See The World With Me Travel, LLC may photograph or record hosted travel events and activities for legitimate business and promotional purposes where permitted by law.
Travelers who do not wish to appear in promotional photography or video should notify See The World With Me Travel, LLC in writing at:

We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests for photographs and recordings under our control.
This provision does not control photographs or recordings independently created by other Travelers, travel suppliers, venues, attractions, or members of the public.
45. WEBSITE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, website content created and owned by See The World With Me Travel, LLC, including original text, graphics, logos, branding, itinerary designs, photographs, layouts, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No such material may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to create substantially similar commercial materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, supplier descriptions, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
46. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
Users may not use the website to engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity; impersonate another person; submit false booking or payment information; attempt unauthorized access to website systems; introduce malicious code; interfere with website operation or security; circumvent access controls; or use automated systems to extract website content in violation of applicable law.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, or business operations.
47. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our website may contain links to supplier, government, insurance, social-media, payment, or other third-party websites or services.
See The World With Me Travel, LLC does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or independent terms.
Travelers should review applicable third-party policies before providing personal or payment information.
48. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, See The World With Me Travel, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from acts, omissions, failures, delays, cancellations, or other conduct of independent suppliers or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
49. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Traveler and See The World With Me Travel, LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or other controlling law provides otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or services provided by See The World With Me Travel, LLC shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Nothing in this provision limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.
50. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
51. NO WAIVER
Failure by See The World With Me Travel, LLC to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
52. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable invoice, booking confirmation, written agency disclosures, Privacy Policy, supplier terms incorporated into the travel transaction, and any other written agreement applicable to the reservation, constitute the agreement governing the applicable travel services.
If a specific written booking agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written agreement will control with respect to that particular booking to the extent of the conflict.
53. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
See The World With Me Travel, LLC may revise these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective or "Last Updated" date.
Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law. Material changes will not retroactively alter contractual rights for an already confirmed reservation except where agreed by the parties, required by applicable law, or required by applicable supplier terms.
